Hello, My Name Is... Eli

Time for team bios!! For the next few weeks we will be posting about the different members of our team: who we are, what we are looking forward to, and what you can pray for each one of us individually about! Please enjoy these introductions prepared for you by our awesome team!

Hey, I’m Elijah Burk and I am currently a freshman at Gordon College, studying Christian Ministries. I was born in Latacunga, Ecuador to missionary parents but was raised up in Clinton, Massachusetts. Throughout my whole life I have gone on tons of missions trips with Grace Baptist Church, which has produced in me a huge passion in missions. During my high school years I grew closer to God and started a Bible Study in high school. I decided to go to Gordon because I wanted a Christian education, and so far it has been awesome. I am learning the importance of walking with God daily, and living out His Word. I am super excited to go to Ghana, to be with this amazing team and to work with the girls at the camp. God is going to do amazing things on this trip!
